Stellar Inc Limited offers services on three levels:

  • Creative strategy for businesses (including but not limited to brand storytelling, brand positioning, content strategy, social media strategy and website copywriting)

  • Creative coaching for individuals (including but not limited to 1-to-1 coaching sessions and offering services to help with one’s career development such as personalised CV, motivational letter and social media support)

  • Spiritual guidance for individuals (including but not limited to 1-to-1 calls designed to discuss one’s personal and professional development with the help of tarot and oracle cards)

All services on www.stellayann.com are designed to help businesses and individuals live more creatively by discovering their authentic voice and sharing their authentic story.

IMMEDIATE PURCHASE

All services are available for immediate purchase, but we strongly advise businesses and individuals to reach out by email or by phone beforehand to ensure that expectations around the competition of the selected service(s) are met accordingly.

CHECKOUT FORM

Before you complete the purchase of a service, you will fill in a form where you are encouraged to state your date and time of preference for the competition of a service, whether you have booked a call or a type of content package. If you skip that step, you will be asked to select a date in the follow up communication via phone or email after your purchase.

FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION

After you purchase a service, Stella Yann, Founder & Director of Stellar Inc Limited, will contact you via email or via phone to finalise the date and time for the service you have purchased.

Further communication might be established while you are working on a service, whether that’s a call or a content package, until its final completion.

SERVICES & PRICING

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any services at any time for any reason.

Prices for all products are subject to change. This includes any present and future discounts on existing and upcoming services.

SERVICES & PAYMENTS

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Apple Pay

All payments are going through and getting securely processed through Stripe, a global trustworthy payment processing platform.

By purchasing services on www.stellayann.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal details for your upcoming service(s), whether you have chosen to purchase a call or a type of content package.

All payments are made in the currency of Pounds.

If you are purchasing a service from a different country to the United Kingdom, please check with your bank for any additional fees that might be applied after the transaction due to the current currency exchange rates.

SERVICES & INVOICES

We can provide you with an invoice for any service that you choose to purchase on www.stellayann.com.

SERVICES & USER DATA

After you complete the purchase of a service, we will collect the data you have added in the checkout form as supporting information to best assist you during the execution of the purchased service(s).

All payment information is stored for legal purposes only with the intent of keeping a digital receipt of every transaction. The personal data that you provide during the checkout will not be shared with third party providers or used for marketing purposes without your consent.

You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption for any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel a purchase and issue a refund, in the case where the due date of a service hasn't been finalised or the work for a service hasn’t started yet, you have 14 days from the initial booking date to get in touch with Stellar Inc Limited, Stella Yann and www.stellayann.com to request the refund.

Once a service has been purchased, it is your responsibility to reply to any follow up communication via email or via phone from Stella Yann, Founder & Director of Stellar Inc Limited, to set up a date and agree on the terms of the completion of the service whereby both parties are happy with the agreement.

After 14 days, we (Stellar Inc Limited) will assume that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
