The North Star approach follows the Soul Purpose Programme, but it turns the insights into guidance that you can apply directly to your branding or business.

The Team Alignment includes 2 team sessions – one at the start and one at the end. In between, each signed up team member* will receive their Earth Instructions and discover how they align with those of their colleagues as well as the company.

In team session 1 of the North Star Alignment for Teams, you’ll receive an introduction into the programme and what to expect in the 1:1 sessions**. During this session, team members will be able to understand what the natal birth chart includes and how they can apply the information in their personal and professional life.

In team session 2 of the North Star Alignment for Teams, you’ll be presented with the team member profiles and how they align, including how best to apply the data into everyday communication, planning and collaboration. During this session, employers can contribute with their company vision, values and mission statements to strengthen the overall company alignment!

Once make your booking, you will receive a follow-up email to select a time for the call that is convenient for you and a checklist to complete ahead of our conversation.
Every call can be recorded, so that you go back and listen to all the information we cover during the session.
Your Earth instructions can be analysed in many different ways. My approach aims to bring spirituality down to Earth and give you a practical framework that you can apply both in your personal life and your career path!
