Listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts

What is neurodivergent masking? How do you recognise you're masking? What are the first steps to unmasking? What activities can help us unmask? What emotions should we expect as we're unmasking?

Join us for an empowering and healing conversation with Jungian Art Psychotherapist Polly Miskiewicz who assists clients with ADHD & Autism find their way back to Self using a bold, creative exploration of the world around them and within them!

Being on the spectrum can be both a highly overwhelming and extremely exciting experience of being human. While more resources are being created to help us navigate a neurodivergent diagnosis, the world around us is still largely NOT designed to accommodate our diverse needs.

Neurodivergent minds have a great advantage when it comes to their intellectual abilities, creative problem solving and imaginative way of viewing the word. But their social battery drains a lot faster than the neurotypical operational system, which is why they are likely to isolate or get lost in a mental storm of their own making!

If you're neurodivergent or know someone who might be neurodivergent and want to understand them better, this episode is for you.
